New in the box has everything it says it comes with on the box never been used. I did open it for pictures but put it all back as neat as it was in the packaging. Comes with a very handy and neat best pump bag that has holders in it to carry all the accessories. It also has a very handycooler pack that has the 4 bottles and a fitted ice pack that shapes the bottles to keep cold. It is also a double pump if needed. On Amazon they are 300.00 and at wallmart there 299.00. And the box with all the stuff and to package it carefully it weighs 5 pounds so shipping is $9.99. The new and improved style that's easier and faster .
